For this reason, as soon as the file is downloaded, viewed, or made accessible to the customer, the purchase is considered delivered and fulfilled. This policy applies to all purchases made on the guides.parlonsiatech.com website.
Immediate access and right of withdrawal
By finalizing your order, you expressly request immediate access to your digital product. You acknowledge that once this product has been downloaded, opened, or viewed via your access link, your right of withdrawal no longer applies, in accordance with the nature of digital products.
Before downloading: full refund
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and the product hasn’t yet been downloaded, viewed, or opened via your access link, you can request a full refund by email. No justification will be required.
After downloading or accessing the product
Once the product has been downloaded, viewed or made accessible, no refund will be given, except in the following cases:
• confirmed technical problem preventing access to the file;
• corrupted file or file cannot be opened;
• accidental double payment;
• Verifiable order error;
• product substantially not conforming to its main description.
In these situations, our priority is first and foremost to resolve the problem: resending the file, correcting the link, replacing the document, or providing technical assistance. If no solution can be found, a refund may then be considered.
What the warranty does not cover
The refund does not apply when:
• the customer simply changed their mind after downloading the product;
• the customer did not use the purchased content;
• The customer feels that the content does not meet their personal expectations, even though the description was clear and accessible before the purchase.
How to make a request
For any inquiries, please write to us at support@parlonsiatech.com specifying:
• your name;
• the email address used during the purchase;
• the order number;
• the reason for the request;
• In case of a technical problem, a screenshot or a description of the problem encountered.
We process each request within 5 working days and get back to you with a solution or a reasoned response.
